• Paddle: Our Merchant of Record processes all payment transactions and manages billing-related communications
• Clerk: Our authentication provider manages account sign-in and user identity
• Loops: Our email platform sends transactional and marketing emails on our behalf
• Hosting providers: Infrastructure and cloud providers that host the Service under data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users
