If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
Cravery Studio is an AI-powered creative platform offering tools for image generation, video generation, ad creation, social media scheduling, AI chat, and related creative services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans as described on our Pricing page.

Cravery Studio offers monthly and annual subscription plans as listed on our Pricing page. Plan features, generation limits, and pricing are subject to change with notice.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, and related buyer support on your behalf.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
We may offer free trial periods. If a payment method is required to begin a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

Content you upload to the platform ("Your Content") remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Cravery Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Content generated by the AI tools within the Service ("AI Output") is provided to you subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Output does not infringe third-party rights. We make no warranties regarding the ownership or uniqueness of AI Output. You may use AI Output for commercial purposes subject to your active subscription plan.
The Service, including its design, codebase, models, and branding, is owned by Cravery Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVERY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cravery Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or any violation of these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party tools and platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data subject to our data retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
