Refund Policy

We stand behind Cravery Studio. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of a paid subscription, we'll make it right. This policy explains what's covered, what isn't, and how to request a refund.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Cravery Studio subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription date or most recent annual renewal date. This guarantee applies once per customer per billing cycle.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@craverystudio.com with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time on monthly plans after the 14-day window has passed.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Full refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable; however, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Because all payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, refund requests are submitted through Paddle's system. When you contact us at support@craverystudio.com, we will initiate the refund request with Paddle on your behalf. You may also contact Paddle support directly with your order number.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing times may vary.

6. Service Outages and Technical Issues

If you experience a significant service disruption caused by us — such as extended platform downtime or a failure in core tools — you may be eligible for a prorated credit or partial refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with details of the issue. Minor or temporary outages do not qualify for refunds.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly first — we are committed to resolving issues quickly.

9. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. By accessing and using the Service immediately upon subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be forfeited once you have begun using the platform. This does not affect your rights under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
